Daniel McFarlane
Club captain Daniel Mcfarlane makes it his fourth year in a row. Our talented lefty is not only our leader on the field but also a role model for many of our youth players coaching the U16's this season. The Skipper can't wait for the season kick off so he can forget about his beloved Celtic FC missing out on the 10 in row.
Geordie Howe
Another coming back from serious injury. Vice Captain Geordie is a multi talented athlete who was unlucky to miss out on the snowboarding olympic team but their loss is our gain! Welcome back G.
Graham Toope
Big Toops is in! Our cultured centre back returns and adds a voice of experience at the back. Toops is reknown for being the most hydrated player in the squad which must be why he wins all the athletic development tests. Oh and incase you live under a rock, he once scored a goal past CCM keeper Matt Ryan.
Adam Woodbine
Our enigmatic striker returns! Woody, fresh from an epic season in AA3 comes back to help the boys push for promotion. Our multi-talented forward matches his talent with his desire on the pitch affectionately known as Goodbine! And if you need Solar panels installed just google Eco-Sparky coz he's not busy enough at the moment….
Jack O'Mally
Our custodian #1 is back after suffering a serious ankle injury at the back end of last year.
Big Jack can put the ball on a six pence and tells us his favourite part of training is the conditioning training with the on field players!
Alex Arbelo
Arby is another of the 4 season crew. The skillful and stocky midfielder has a big year ahead, not just on the field but off, with his first child expected mid way through the season. It's a boy and we are pretty sure it will be born appealing for a penalty! #Mexican
Corey Atkinson
Atkinson 1 on 1 is back for another season! Corey offers a real threat running in behind and we will be hoping he can stay injury free for the upcoming season adding competition for spots in the final third. Corey is another who coaches in our NPL2 program and is improving on the field due to this experience.
Jake Brownlow
Brownlow is back. After banging in goals for fun in the 20's Jake is now up for the challenge to transition that form into the first grade arena. Hard working and honest, Jake likes to lead from the front and bring others into the game, another we are excited to see continued development.
Tommy Lyons
Handsome Tom is in again! Talented and good looking, Tommy adds hundreds to the CCU game day attendance and social media likes. Tommy has an eye for goal, particularly from long range and can cover many positions, we are delighted to have him back on board.
Josh Swadling
Swadling comes back to the Coast. After an impressive debut season in year 1 for CCU Swads was hot property and tested himself at NPL1 level. The attacking left footed forward now returns and will add a real threat in the final third.
Scott McGinley
Our softly spoken experienced central midfielder is back for another crack in the NPL. Scott doesn't get the external headlines of some others in the squad but is our quiet achiever, can run all day…...at the same speed.
Jack Ragen
Ragen re-signs! Jack the lad is back in action for United. The cheeky full backs crosses are almost as sweet as his golf swing, we just need to keep him of the course before games!
Mason Wells
Our talented young lefty was exposed to men's football at just 16 years of age last year and we are expecting big things from him in 2021. Mason lives for football but we are still not sure about tucking his shorts in his undies at training! Huge Potential as a player!!
Yuki Moirkaka
戻ってきました
After spending the year in Queensland, Yuki-San returns to the Coast and United and bear the fruits of his labour. Our combative midfielder adds much needed depth to the centre of the park. Some inside information here, Yuki won by a landslide in our in house Karaoke night competition with his rendition of the viral Japanese classic Pen Pineapple Apple Pen song.
Cayleb Murray
Young Muzza is a CCU success story having been with the club as a youth player and now officially a 1st grade player at 19. Energetic and brave, Cayleb will be desperate to nail down a starting spot in our competitive midfield and we are excited to see continued improvement in him.
